Overwriting SOH with the Stocktake Quantity

Use this option if you want to change the stocktake method for one or more stocktake batches to overwrite the stock on hand figures with the stocktake count.

To change the stocktake method:

1. Open the Warehouse Scheduler screen.

Refer to "Displaying the Warehouse Scheduler".

2. Select the 4. Stocktakes tab.

Micronet displays the Warehouse Scheduler - Stocktakes tab.

Technical Tip This screen is not automatically updated. It is a good idea to select FILE | REFRESH every now and then to ensure you are viewing the most recent data.

3. Select the stocktake batches for which you want to change the stocktake method by using the Shift key to select several batches in a row, or using the Ctrl key to select several batches that are not sequential.

Micronet highlights each selected batch.

4. Select EDIT SCHEDULE | STOCKTAKE | SET SELECTED TO OVERRIDE SOH WITH STK COUNT.

5. To process the change(s), select FILE | PROCESS.

Micronet processes your changes and then redisplays the Warehouse Scheduler - Stocktakes tab. Note that the Type field for the selected batches now displays Overwrite SOH with Stocktake Qty.
